About me
A Love Story Between Paris and Amsterdam
Parisian by birth, Amsterdammer at heart. My connection to the Netherlands began in childhood, but it was in Paris that I built my life and where my children were born. Ten years ago, my life took a turn straight out of a film: my first great Dutch love found me again, with the promise: “I’ll come and get you in Paris, and I’m going to marry you.” He kept his word. Today, we are a happy French-Dutch family living in Amsterdam — and we also have a house in Burgundy, where the colors of champagne and cassis always feel, to me, like coming home.
Why a ceremony speaker?
A wedding is one of the most meaningful moments in a person’s life, and it is an honor for me, as a celebrant, to be part of that story. My strength lies in public speaking and in listening to your story — so that together we can create something truly unique, in Dutch, French, or English.
Whether you’re getting married in a château in Provence, a vineyard in Burgundy, or simply in Amsterdam: I always bring my French joie de vivre, and the right words for your ceremony.
My background
I am married and the proud mother of four children — without a doubt my finest credential. Before becoming a ceremony speaker, I worked for many years as an independent postpartum care provider (kraamzorg) for expats in Amsterdam, and I remain actively involved in developing postpartum care in France (with a new book coming out in 2027). Those years taught me one thing above all: how to support people, with calm, warmth, and care, during some of the most vulnerable and beautiful moments of their lives. That is exactly what I bring with me to your wedding day.
