General terms & conditions

  1. Applicability

These terms apply to all services provided by Delphine Petit-Postma. The version active at the time of booking is the binding version.

  1. Definitions

 * Delphine Petit-Postma: The international wedding celebrant, referred to as “I”.

 * Client: The couple entering into the agreement.

  1. Booking and Payment

The agreement is official after written confirmation and receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the ceremony. Municipal fees for an “officiant for a day” (BABS voor één dag) are not included in my fee.

  1. Cancellation

In case of written cancellation:

 * Up to 30 days before: 30% of the total amount.

 * Up to 14 days before: 60% of the total amount.

 * Within 7 days of the ceremony: 100% of the total amount.

  1. Force Majeure and Liability

In case of force majeure (illness, traffic, etc.), no damages can be claimed.
I will exercise the utmost care in finding a replacement.
Liability is limited to the contract amount. Dutch law applies to all agreements.
